I call this guy a Goborg, since he is kind of a cross between a goblin and a cyborg. I guess he could also be called a Cyborgoblin as well, but goborg is a lot shorter, and there is a lot to be said for simplicity.

He is sculpted entirely out of polymer clay over a wooden base that has been painted a faux bronze. He was painted with acrylic paints, and stands just a fraction over 5 inches tall including the base.
