Elfis

Sold

Elfis is "The King" of elves. Not a royal king, but with his white jumpsuit, guitar, pompadour, and blue suede shoes, he is truly the "Rock-and-roll King" of elves. He studied long and hard everything that had anything to do with his human counterpart Elvis, and even went so far as to make his own guitar. Unfortunately, he forgot to check for occupants when he used the old tree for material, and has inadvertently captured a little bluebird

One of the things he had particular difficulty with was a "mic". You see elves don't have electricity, so electronic equipment like microphones are beyond their comprehension. He thought long and hard about just what a mic was, and finally settled on using the only mic he knew of, Mike the field mouse. Mike doesn't mind though since he is rather captivated by Elfis's voice and happily listens intently to every song.

I was inspired by my son's Christmas play last year, "The Elves Impersonator" which is about an elf named Elfis who works for Santa. Although my Elfis is not a Santa Elf, but rather a wood elf, he still is a humorous parody of the human rock-and-roll "King" Elvis Presley.

Elfis is a one of a kind original creation made without the use of molds of any kind. He will never be duplicated.
